Sourena Sarbazevatan
I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto. I did my Master's at Universite de Montreal and later completed my Juris Doctor degree at Ottawa University.
Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2015, I have since appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. I am also a member of the State Bar of California.
I am multilingual, fluent in English, Persian and French, with some knowledge of Spanish and Turkish.

I am an associate at Gambriani Law Professional Corporation, and I practice mainly in family law. Before deciding to pursue a law degree, I obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. My background in psychology is what makes me an asset in my work as a lawyer. I have always believed in putting the individual first before considering any legal aspects that pertain to a particular matter. To my mind, the ability to fully grasp and understand your client's emotions and what they are going through is paramount to being able to understand their legal needs and goals. I strive to never lose sight of this, as keeping this mindset at the forefront of my work is what allows me to advocate for clients zealously and achieve the best possible results tailored to their particular situation.

I practice family, civil, and criminal law in Toronto, Ontario. I am a graduate of Simon Fraser University, the University of Oregon, and the University of Toronto, and a member of the Order of the Coif. I have appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. Prior to my admission to the Ontario bar, I was a long-term employee of Apple Inc., where I ultimately held the position of “Lead Genius.”

I studied science in Iran before immigrating to Canada, and I am currently continuing my education in Paralegal Studies. I work as a Law Clerk at Gambriani Law PC, where I apply my growing legal knowledge and skills in a professional environment. My diverse background extends beyond the legal field, with experience in marketing, music, coding, and software development. I am also a recognized influencer in the marketing and music space, bringing a unique combination of legal knowledge, creativity, technology, and digital expertise to the firm.
